Fundación Serra-Schönthal

FSSFundación Serra-Schönthal is a non-profit whose founding purpose is a commitment in solidarity with women who engage in prostitution and/or are victims of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, as well as the rejection of structures that do not respect human rights, especially in situations of injustice and violation of women’s rights. The general interest of the Foundation is to provide social assistance to women victims of sexual exploitation, development cooperation, the defence of human rights and the promotion of volunteerism

Objectives: 
1. To support projects for the comprehensive care of women, adolescents and girls involved in prostitution and/or who have been victims of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. 
2. Promote awareness-raising and education programmes, as well as advocacy campaigns and actions, to raise awareness of the causes of prostitution and trafficking, and the violation of women’s rights, and possible responses and alternatives. 
3. Investigate new forms of prostitution and trafficking, including virtual prostitution.
