Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC), a non-profit, autonomous and migrant-led organisation working in the field of migrants workers and their families, was established in 1998 (Saudi Arabia) and in 2009 (Nepal). It works on the rights and welfare of Nepali migrant workers abroad, especially in Gulf Countries, and assists in the re-integration of the returnee migrants.

It aims to reach from grassroots level to the policy level. It works with the slogan "Lets Create migrant workers friendly atmosphere" consisting of pre-departure preparedness, post-arrival orientation and equal payment and courteous environment in the work place. It comprises thousand of members throughout the destination and and origin countries. PNCC has a strong network in six gulf countries (Saudi, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman), 36 district branches and Migrant resources Centres in five districts.
